BlitzBlitz Scheduler

Terms of Service

Effective October 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of Blitz Scheduler (“the Service”), operated by Blitz Collab (“we”, “us”). By opting in or otherwise using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The Service adds reminders for marketing material deadlines to the Google calendars you choose, and lets administrators create and manage those deadlines. It is provided free of charge to team members and partners of Blitz Collab.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with your own Google account and must be authorized by Blitz Collab to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
  • Administrators must use admin access only to manage deadlines for their team.

3. Reminders are a convenience

Reminders depend on Google Calendar, your notification settings and other systems we don't control, so they may be delayed or not delivered. You remain responsible for meeting your deadlines and submitting materials on time, whether or not you receive a reminder.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, or to send spam or misleading content;
  • try to access accounts, data or systems you aren't authorized to access;
  • interfere with, overload or reverse engineer the Service;
  • put confidential information in deadlines that you aren't allowed to share with the people receiving them.

5. Google services

The Service uses Google APIs. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's Terms of Service. How we handle Google data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Opting out and ending access

You can opt out at any time from the Service's home page. We then remove the reminder events we created and delete your Google token. We may suspend or end access to the Service, for example if you leave the team or misuse it, and we may change or discontinue the Service.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blitz Collab is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for missed deadlines, lost business or lost data arising from use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to US$50.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
